| MDC learned from Deaf community but not all
Deaf/HH community, just
a few. MDC want to help with Deaf and Hard of Hearing to understand in
the future better life about a job. |

| This is happened. A deaf told me she is unhappy
about her job. She decided to quit her job then looking for a job but
later she having hard to find a job. Because she think she can make it to
find a job easy or she think other company can hire her quickly. Some
Deaf/HH are lucky got a new job. |

| MDC answer -- Never, never, never quit job. Must
looking for a job first then be sure company hired her/him. Then she/he
can inform to the old job that I quit or notice 2 weeks either. Be
patience to stay old job until you find a new job and wait until hired
her/him first. |
