| Free TTY - State of Tennessee will give a
free TTY or amplified telephone to ANY person who lives in Tennessee and
is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. It does not matter if the person works or
not, they can still get one FREE. If you are interested please let MDC
know for more info. |

You can speak with the Telecommunication Distribution Access Program
people about a free CapTel. Their phone number is: 1-888-276-0677 (TTY)
or 1-800-342-8359 (Voice). Go to extension 206 and that will lead you
to Miki Klein, Director of TDAP. I am attaching the form that you will
need to fill out. Please do NOT send this form back to me, but send it
back to TDAP. Their address is on the application form. |
